Cancellation Policy

Reservations: • All service requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Pricing may vary depending on the size of the property, access conditions, type of surfaces, and specific service requirements. • The client must provide the exact address, accurate service details, and any relevant access information (parking, building access, height, obstacles, etc.). Modifications & Cancellations: • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge. • Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or a no-show, will be charged 100% of the reserved service. • In the event of severe weather conditions or safety concerns, Millia Cleaning LLC reserves the right to reschedule the service. On-site Conditions: • The client must ensure safe and unobstructed access to all areas to be serviced. • If additional equipment or time is required due to unexpected conditions, an adjusted rate may apply. Late Arrivals / Delays: • If access to the property is delayed by the client by more than 15 minutes, the service duration may be reduced or rescheduled, and a fee may apply.
