We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule a service if required by operational or safety conditions.

Payment is due at the end of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Accepted payment methods: cash, bank cards, wire transfers, and Zelle.

Invoices can be issued upon request.

Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment, a 50% fee of the total service amount may be applied.

In case of accidental damage directly caused by our service, our liability insurance will cover the incident within its limits.

Millia Cleaning LLC is not responsible for:

    •    Pre-existing damage or wear on materials

    •    Results affected by the condition or nature of surfaces and equipment

    •    Delays or cancellations due to unforeseen events (weather, access restrictions, etc.)

Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the premises.

For window cleaning and specific locations, adequate access and safety conditions must be guaranteed before service begins.
