Refund Policy

At Millia Cleaning LLC, we take pride in the quality and professionalism of our services.

Each cleaning is performed with care, precision, and respect for our clients’ expectations.

 

1.⁠ ⁠Service Satisfaction

 

If you are not fully satisfied with your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment at info@milliacleaning.com.

We will review your concern and, if justified, schedule a correction visit at no additional cost.

 

 

2.⁠ ⁠Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

    •    A service cancellation initiated by Millia Cleaning LLC.

    •    A proven failure to deliver the service as confirmed in your booking.

 

Please note that services already performed or partially completed are non-refundable, due to the time and materials invested.

 

 

3.⁠ ⁠Cancellations & Late Notice

 

If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply (see Terms & Conditions).

 

 

4.⁠ ⁠Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method (Zelle, card, or bank transfer).

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
